This book title may worry those who know me, as they know I am already a very slim woman and am not looking to lose weight. This book however is not a diet book, but a book that is helpful for me and my clients to better understand where my clients may have challenges when they are focusing on losing weight. It is focused on what we can do in our lifestyles to feel great. We then have the chance of being a healthier weight, whatever that is for us.

I also really like James Nestor’s writing style. I have read a number of books on breathing recently, but for anyone who is interested to see how breathing can be more than "IN/OUT” and how our entire faces can be changed by it…read this.
