ATOMIC HABITS by James Clear
Reading Atomic Habits is like taking off your blinkers and realising that there is so much more than you thought surrounding something we think we understand. I’ve been trying and failing for years to improve my habits. The motivation was there, but the knowledge on how to actually achieve this was lacking. Atomic Habits has made such a difference in such a short space of time, allowing me to analyse what went wrong for the habits which just wouldn’t stick. With more self-awareness around my habits, I now feel hopeful that in time, and with incremental steps, I’ll be able to live in a much more positive way and be more efficient in achieving it!
